I passed my test easily due to the really kind and friendly examiner (Vic) . He made me feel at ease and was really professional through out the test.....”

(Sophie Rimmer)

I was so excited for my test. Not nervous, but I felt relaxed & prepared. The examiner was short and unfriendly. Gave instruction very last minute, not giving me time to do the simplest of things like pull up on the left. The only safe place to do so was about 2mtrs away. Did this 3 times. Ultimately he failed me. One thing I hold my hands up, was totally my fault but one major he gave me was completely unfair. I HAD to stop the car for the pedestrians to cross, as the child stepped on the road, was I supposed to run them over? And the van that had to break suddenly behind me... Not my fault he was following so closely! But being short and rude to my instructor saying "she broke sharply with no regard for the van behind to let people cross the road. Causing the van to break sharply". Then said okay thanks and got out of the car and walked off. I know they don't have to be your best friend and have a laugh, it's a serious job. But he was rude, made me feel uneasy and seemed to enjoy failing me. I'm looking forward to taking my test again. I know I'm a good driver. Hopefully won't have that examiner again.”

felt very uncomfortable. Examanier wasn't very friendly and was in bad mood. She obviously didn't want to be there.”
